Your Executive Health Screening Package includes the following tests

• Calcium
• Phosphorus
• Rheumatoid (RA) Factor

• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable with Insurance/Corporate Guarantee Letters.
• Valid only with the Executive Health Screening Package. Any optional test(s) are upon request and will be charged separately.
• Any follow-up investigation or treatment or medication as a result of this screening will be charged by cash, debit or credit cards.
• Available only to individuals who are independently mobile.
• Reporting of results will be by Island Hospital’s selected team of Physicians.
• Online purchase is limited to a maximum of ten packages per order.
• Appointments must be made at least three (3) working days in advance and are subject to availability.
• Official payment confirmation and booking number must be produced on consultation day.
• Purchase is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash nor any other items and services
• The decision is made by Island Hospital is final and non-negotiable.
